The World Bank program is highly demanding for graduates of national and international high schools and is a unique opportunity to gain entry-level professional experience and first-hand exposure to the challenges and rewards of international development.

WB JPA 2021-2022 is a professional entry scheme. The system is semi-autonomous, which means that selected employees are not guaranteed a job with the World Bank for the rest of their lives. However, if someone applies for a job at the World Bank after completing the two-year program, this pays off opportunity at the World Bank may open additional doors to work.

New graduates of the World Bank’s Junior Professional Partners Program (JAP) get an opportunity to be exposed to new and current challenges and opportunities in the world today. This multinational Professional Assistants project allows entry-level graduate students and experts to put their descriptive and analytical abilities, as well as their scientific expertise, to good use while collaborating with more skilled and professional colleagues.

Terms and Standards

1. Graduates from all nations from all regions of the earth are eligible to apply.
2. Applicants must have a 4-year college education.
