About Skoltech Institute

Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) is a private research and academic institute located in the Moscow region next to the village of Skolkovo. About Skoltech Institute Scholarship

Skoltech University in Russia offers Fully Funded Masters Scholarships and PhD Scholarships for international students in a range of fields. Various master’s programs are available as well as doctoral programmes. Interested applicants can choose any program of their choice.
Skoltech University Russian Scholarships is a great opportunity for students who want to pursue higher education and study in Russia with fully funded Russian scholarships. Several benefits will be provided to selected students. Most academic fields are related to science and technology fields. The duration of the program depends on the course you choose.

Terms and Standards

1. Applicants for master’s programs must hold an appropriate license or equivalent from a recognized university.
2. Applicants for doctoral programs must hold an appropriate master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
3. Applications are open to national and international students.
4. Applicants must be in their last year of university studies or hold a diploma (license, master’s or equivalent) with a good average.
5. In addition, a minimum score of 80 on the TOEFL iBT or 450 on the TOEFL ITP or 6 on the IELTS is required.
6. The language certificate must be valid for two years after the test date. A TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the candidate has graduated from a university where the language of instruction is English.There is no exception to this policy and only TOEFL and IELTS scores are accepted. 7. Degree holders in the humanities or social sciences must have an in-depth knowledge of one of the areas of study offered by Skoltech.

Skoltech Institute Scholarship Features

The scholarship includes the following features:

How to Apply for Skoltech Scholarship

There is no separate funding request. All accepted Masters and PhD students are automatically taken into consideration for funding. Therefore, applicants wishing to benefit from a Skoltech scholarship must follow the steps below to be accepted into Skoltech.

Registration

• Skoltech offers an online application to make the process quick and simple for students .

Submit an application

Find out the list of required supporting documents, upload them to the application system once they are ready and submit your application before the deadline.

Online test

Every candidate must take an online profile test. You will be notified by email of the exact date and time of the test. Please find sample exams here.

The last stage of admission

It takes place in Moscow. You must pass the TOEFL ITP test on site, or submit a valid TOEFL certificate and take an in-person interview. Additional written exams may be required for some programs during this period (you will be notified in advance).
