- Must be an international citizen or a Malaysian citizen.
- The household income must be less than 300 USD for the international applicant and 2000 MYR for the Malaysian applicant.

How to apply: To apply for this opportunity, you must apply for admission to a bachelor’s degree program at the university. After that, the applicant will be invited to an interview session, and the following aspects will be carefully analyzed during the interview session.
Socio-economic status – 40%, communication skills – 20%, personality – 20% and attitudes – 20%.
Supporting Documents: Students must submit a CV, a copy of their passport, academic certificates, and transcripts.
Language Requirement: Must have IELTS 6.0, TOEFL score of 550, or MUET on Academic Band 4.0.
